During his time with Small Luxury Hotels of the World Ken Sharp has been in charge of auditing hotels all over Europe, the Middle East and Africa and he has now brought this experience to Ireland. He has already worked alongside Kinitty Castle in Offaly, the Carlton Redcastle in Donegal, Concrawood golf course, C spa and the Carlton Abbey Athy each of which have gone on to record great success in all of their previously weaker areas.

Our goal is to help you to provide the best service possible and in the most cost effective way. We offer two audits which can be tailored to work with the size of your company and the resources already available.

You will have the opportunity to establish your concerns and priorities in a face to face Two Hour Free Consultation, during which we can also recommend the scope of audit which would work best.

All of our audits will be carried out with your objectives in mind to make sure that the end result is your business, your way.

Our two day audit is based on observation and will consider how your front of house, staff, communication and resources integrate together. The final report will cover each of the following areas:

Grounds Assessment

A 5 day audit will take into account all of the above areas and in addition will be based on observation as well as full team interviews. Our final report from this audit will also include:
